MCM Raises Breast Cancer Awareness with Lay Fora and Free Checkups

Last October 11, 2022, Medical Center Muntinlupa’s Department of Radiology and Department of Surgery held a Lay Fora focused on Breast Cancer Awareness; with the topics Breast Imaging and Breast Cancer Management.

The Breast Imaging Lay Fora was conducted by Chief Radiologist Dr. Lolita Largado-Reyes, while Breast Cancer Management was conducted by Chief Surgeon Dr. Menzi Orellana.

The Lay Fora was attended in a hybrid format, with 40 attendees filling the MCM Conference Room and more attending online via Zoom.

Following the Lay Fora in the morning, open invitations were extended to the public as residents and consultants alike provided free breast checkups throughout the afternoon.
